Clinex Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure safe, reliable, and transparent delivery for every customer. Below you will find important information regarding order processing, shipping times, delivery delays, order protection, and customer responsibilities.


1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or unexpected supply shortages, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times (Estimated)
We work with private logistics partners to ensure reliable international delivery.

  • United States: approx. 5–15 business days

  • Canada: approx. 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: approx. 7–12 business days

  • Australia: approx. 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, local carriers, or high-volume shipping periods beyond our control.


3. Delivery Delays & Supply Interruptions
While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to external factors, including but not limited to:

  • Seasonal order surges

  • Limited transportation or flight availability

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, political events, pandemics)

Clinex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by shipping delays resulting from these circumstances.


4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be subject to reshipping fees.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other governmental fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in our product prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available, a tracking number will be included.


7. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or appears to be stolen, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with our logistics partner.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Photos of the packaging and items (if damaged)

  • A short explanation of the issue


8. 100% Payment Guarantee & Order Protection
All orders are protected against:

  • Transport damage

  • Confirmed lost shipments

  • Theft after delivery (subject to case review)

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair resolution.
